***Circuit Training***

If you are looking for a complete total body workout but are pressed for time, our 30 minute Circuit Training program is for you.  Our Circuit Training Program is designed to cut your workout time in half while giving you the benefits of an hour long workout. There will not be one muscle on your body that isn’t WORKED!!! 

Monday - Friday
8:30am - 9:00am
12:30pm - 1:00pm
6:00pm - 6:30pm

Circuit Training will begin 10/1/2012 at the So High Sports & Fitness Performance
Center located at 120 South Reimer (On Hunter Rd)
